CFTC extends the use of DTCC-SWIFT as LEI Provider

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has released a press statement announcing the continued use of DTCC-SWIFT as the provider of legal entity identifiers. The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) will commence allocating Legal Entity Identifiers from 1st August 2014. In preparation the┬áTSE has created “Operation Processes of LEI Allocation“.
